A Registered Dietitian is a regulated health professional with extensive training in nutrition, health, and food science. Dietitians provide evidence-based advice to help individuals improve their health, manage medical conditions, and achieve their wellness goals.

Do I need a referral to book an appointment?
No referral is needed! You can book an appointment directly. However, if your insurance provider requires a referral for reimbursement, you may want to consult with your healthcare provider.

Are your services covered by insurance?
Many extended health insurance plans cover services provided by Registered Dietitians. We recommend checking with your provider to confirm your coverage details.

What can I expect during my first appointment?

How do I prepare for my appointment?
Bring any relevant documents, such as a list of medications, lab results, or food diaries. Think about your goals and the challenges you'd like to address so we can make the most of your time.
